So much of our relating with friends and loved ones is a mixture of old, mostly unconscious patterns based on fantasy, unrealistic expectations, and unresolved childhood hurts.

This lecture will shed some light on the nature of relationships and provide some practical means of improving them. We will focus particularly on conflict resolution, taking ownership of our own feelings and issues, and fostering consciousness and choicefulness in all our relationships.
