Long before there were instruments we endeavoured to express ourselves with our first instrument, the human voice. In today’s world we can lose touch with our natural ability to express ourselves. Some may have passed through the struggles of youth in circumstances where it might not have been permissible to use their voice, where they were shut down.

In this experiential session you will be encouraged to explore your natural voice in a gentle, playful and creative manner. You will also be introduced to a variety of user friendly musical instruments from traditions across the globe. Combining both voice and instruments we will create a group sound circle at the end for those who would like to step into the middle and receive this special tonic! No musical experience is required but your inner child is enthusiastically invited to join us!
