It is said that energy is neither created nor destroyed, but only transforms. The source or creation of energy may continue to be a mystery, but how you relate and connect to it need not be.
How does energy play out in your life? What energy patterns are you present to? What energy has side-stepped your radar? Does energy sometimes feel limiting or expansive? Bringing unexplored energy into awareness opens the way for transformation, where choice and freedom are available as part of inspired and empowered living. Through breath, touch, movement and sound you are invited to experience the energy of ‘who you are’ and how you relate to physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energy. Engage your curiosity with the demonstrations and interactive exercises involving kinesiology, the chakras, body talk, healing touch and energy circles.
