In Loving Memory of our First Mascot, Chakra, 1993 to 2008
Chakra, thank you for uplifting and enchanting us with your presence as Mascot of the College for 15 years. Your beautiful, loving, gentle essence will always be embodied in our souls. You taught us about the joy of being, the eternal inner child that never stops playing and being in the present moment. Your unconditional love and nonjudgmental way represents the highest of heart consciousness.
We could not get enough of your tail wags, kisses and that spirited happy dance that you did when you greeted us. Gazing into your beautiful dark eyes was a sacred experience as it connected us to the majesty of your soul. The gift of unconditional love that you gave so freely allows you to live on forever, deeply in our hearts.
