Crystal Energy Work
As gifts from the earth resonating with multidimensional frequencies, crystals can be used for many purposes – balancing energies, healing, and expanding awareness. Crystals transmit and receive energy bringing our life force into alignment with our full potential.
In this 8 hour you will learn about:
- The psychospiritual qualities of quartz and coloured crystals
- Activating crystals for emotional release, mental clarity, grounding, balancing, transforming and amplifying energies
- Crystal color frequencies and how they resonate to the 7 chakras through hands-on exercises
- Creating harmony and flow in the physical body and subtle energy fields.
- The wonderful, soothing and beneficial energies that crystals emit.
- Using crystals individually and their magical power in grids and layouts

Pre-requisites: Course #1 and #5 from the Discoverying the Total Self Program or comparable experience is recommended
