Past Life Therapy: Our Unfinished Business
Past life therapy can be an invaluable tool to the psychotherapist particularly when our clients remain stuck or blocked and other approaches don’t seem to be effective. Past life recall can help to get at the root cause of habits, phobias, addictions, negative tendencies and repeated patterns.
This weekend course explores:
- Past life therapeutic approaches/perspectives from Brian Weiss, Joel Whitton, Roger Woolger and Carl Jung
- Sources of past life recall
- Understanding the role of karma and unfinished business in psychotherapy
- Relationships, past lives and karma
- Exploring life in the non-physical Bardo state, also known as ‘the other side’
Techniques taught in this course through experiential exercises are:
- Past Life Regression — general session and specific issues
- Bardo State Regression — to explore life between life (‘the other side’). Learn about your life’s higher purpose, soul lessons and sacred contracts
- Scripts are provided for both regressions
