About Kathy Ryndak
Kathy Ryndak has trained in several psychospiritual, holistic and energetic modalities over the span of her career as Spiritual Psychotherapist, Instructor and Co-founder of the Transformational Arts College of Spiritual and Holistic Training.
Additionally, she is a Spiritual Director, Ritual Facilitator, Coach, Certified Aromatherapist and Chakra Energetic Therapist.
After graduating from Wilfrid Laurier University in psychology, Kathy worked in the corporate world until 1990. She co-founded the College in 1988 and began her private practice in 1991.
Drawing on her varied background and wide-ranging interests, Kathy uses a transformational, multi-dimensional and energetic approach in her work as teacher, therapist and director.
Jointly, with Gord Riddell, she co-created the Discovering the Total Self Program, the Spiritual Psychotherapy Training Program and Emotional Healing Intensives. Kathy is the designer of the Holistic Health Training Program and The Healing Power of Sound and Divine Connections I and II courses.
She is also a psychospiritual writer and her column "Conscious Living" which has been co-authored with Gord Riddell, has been published in Toronto's leading holistic magazine "Vitality" since 1991. Kathy's CD "Seven Sacred Archetypes" is available at the College.
Psychospiritual Services
Spiritual Psychotherapy
A spiritual and transformational approach is taken in psychotherapy honouring that we are both human and spiritual beings simultaneously. As we start to transform our blocks and shadow, we become soul-guided individuals and the Sacred Human is born within.
Kathy works with the multiplicity of selves within our psyche, also known as subpersonalites, integrating them with the True Self. Some of the therapeutic approaches she uses are:

Psychotherapeutic basics such as identifying core issues, building self-esteem, establishing boundaries, understanding relationship dynamics, getting needs met, communication skills, conflict resolution and living from choice are also incorporated into session work.
Fee:
$100 - non-students (the 50 minute hour)
$85 - registered TAC students
$75 - registered TAC students at a reduced fee (family income under $40,000)
One and a half hour sessions are also available.
Past Life Therapy
Past Life Therapy is an invaluable tool when we remain stuck or blocked in transforming patterns. It can help one to get at the root cause of habits, phobias, addictions, negative tendencies, repeated patterns and relationship conflict and dynamics.
Kathy uses 2 techniques in her work:
- Past Life Regression - session work for general exploration or for specific issues
- Bardo State Regression - to explore the "life between life" state and learn about our life's higher purpose, soul lessons and sacred contracts.
Fee: $165 for a taped session, about 1 and half hours
Spiritual Director
Kathy's areas of specialty are dark night of the soul, spiritual emergency, working with higher purpose, soul growth, sacred contracts, divine guidance, ritual facilitation and soul lessons. Can be combined with Psychotherapy.
Fee: $100
Divine Connections: Working with Spirit Guides, Angels and Conscious Channelling
Kathy provides coaching to connect you with your Spirit Guides, Angels and Masters for divine guidance. You can also learn how to conscious channel for spiritual direction in your life and for others.
Fee: $100
Ritual Design and Facilitator
Kathy is an inspired ritual facilitator and ceremonialist for individuals and groups. She can design and/or facilitate a ritual for you whether it being a transition through a life cycle, relationship change, transformation, a soul passage, new beginnings or endings, rebirth or understanding your personal mythology or archetypes.
Fee: $100
Inspirational Coaching
Kathy's approach to Coaching is spiritually and soul based. Her areas of expertise in coaching are working with higher purpose and passion, mind mapping, vision boards, working with the law of attraction, the power of intention, the art of manifesting and co-creation and prosperity/abundance.
Fee: $125
Group Therapy
Group Therapy is a wonderful way to explore yourself in context to other group members in a healing and supportive environment. You will discover that many others share the same issues as you and realize that you are not alone on your journey. Supportive, compassionate and constructive feedback is given to help you transform old patterns and reach your full potential. A greater understanding of your role in groups and group dynamics will be gained.
Fee: $100 + HST for 4 sessions. A minimum commitment of 6 months is required.
Starts: Monday, Oct. 17 from 6 pm to 8 pm
Private Case Supervision
$50 per half-hour session.
Documentation for numbers of hours completed will be provided.
Payment for TAC students is by cash, cheque, debit, VISA or MasterCard. Payment for non-students is by cash or cheque.
