Natural Remedies Certificate
75% of Canadians use some form of alterative and complimentary medicine and spend about $3 billion annually on such treatments. Natural remedies in comparison to pharmaceutical drugs provide the individual with an effective alternative without the chemical side effects.
This certificate combines the most widely used holistic remedies to develop your own natural pharmacopeia. Learn how to use 30 to 40 major herbs and 30 essential oils to make tinctures, teas, compresses, ointments, exfoliants and scrubs to treat a variety of conditions and ailments. Use iridology as an assessment tool, administer homeopathic remedies for common illnesses, develop nutritional treatment plans and use Bach Flower essences to balance emotional and mental energies.
Individual Certificates are given for:
- Fundamental Herbology
- Fundamental Iridology
- Homeopathy
- Nutritional Symptomatology
A certificate designation is also given for Aromatherapy (C.A.H.T.) upon completion of additional case study and exam requirements.
