Ara Stern, R.H.N., R.N.C.P., teaches Nutrition in the Holistic Program. She is a licensed registered nutritionist, the owner of Healthcentrics Nutritional Consulting and a member of the International Organization of Nutrition Consultants. Ara sees clients in her private practice, has provided numerous nutritional seminars, health fairs and weight loss programs to corporations, and is often a source to the media, including City TV. She is currently writing a book on the spiritual, emotional and physical connections with food and is studying Reiki.
