2. By Fax: 416-484-1968, send in the registration form with your VISA or MasterCard number to reserve your space. You will receive a telephone call to confirm your registration.
3. In Person: Office hours are 9:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday.
4. By Mail: Just fill in the registration form and send to our address with your deposit, VISA or MasterCard number. We will call you to confirm your registration.
5. By E-mail or Via the Internet: Visit the Registration Request page on our website. Fill in the form and e-mail it to us. We will call you to collect confidential payment data in the privacy of a personal call.
